Due to continued growth, we are looking for a new Account Manager to the TBTC Victoria West family. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious sales professional with a passion for technology to join our high-performing team. We want to hear from individuals who are driven to achieve sales targets, whilst delivering on our customer excellence promises.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a handpicked portfolio of Telstra business customers across a wide range of industries. We are searching for someone with the ability to build long term relationships with customers and identify Telstra products, services and solutions that can support their business goals.
Key accountabilities:
- Developing sales and knowledge capability across Telstra’s broad range of business products and services.
- Building a sales pipeline through identifying and solving customer needs.
- Responding to all new and existing business enquires.
- Keeping up-to-date with current business technology trends.
- Booking appointments for the Telstra Business Technology Centre team.
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Processing orders and using multiple CRM and product specific systems.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join the TBTC Victoria West family. The successful candidate will be highly motivated with a passion for technology, who can work autonomously as well as part of our high- performing team.
The successful candidate will have highly effective communication and organisation skill. They will be responsible for coordinating internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver a range of solutions for business customers across a wide range of industries. We are searching for someone with the ability to troubleshoot and manage multiple deadlines and priorities while being committed to customer excellence.
Key accountabilities:
- Coordination and delivery of ICT solutions.
- Identifying customer needs.
- Handling complaints and escalations.
- Working in a KPI-driven environment.
- Troubleshooting and solving a variety of scenarios.
- Supporting our Business Technology Advisers and Account Managers.
- Developing capability and technology knowledge of Telstra business products and services.
